These terms explain the conditions for using the Etteroma website and purchasing from our online store. In these terms, Etteroma is referred to as we, us or our.

Please read these terms alongside our Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies before placing an order. If something is unclear, contact us before completing your purchase.

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information when creating an account or placing an order. Check your selected products, options, quantities and delivery address before paying.

Keep your account sign-in details private. Contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission or if you notice an error in your order information.

Product pages describe the available sizes, vessel options, prices and contents. Selecting a different option may change the price, image or availability. Your bag and checkout summary identify the option you are purchasing.

For an Experience set, review the listed contents before ordering. Styling accessories shown in a photograph are included only when the product description specifically lists them.

Colors may appear differently on different screens. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives faulty or materially different from its description.

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review the price of your selected option and the full amount shown at payment, including any delivery charges, taxes or discounts displayed there, before authorizing the transaction.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Use the payment methods offered on the payment screen and a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment must be completed before an order can be fulfilled.

If you notice a pricing discrepancy, contact us before paying. We will not charge an additional amount to correct an error without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled at the agreed price, we will contact you about a resolution or cancellation and refund.

Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Availability can change before checkout, and an order confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation.

We may need to contact you about unavailable stock, incomplete delivery details, unsuccessful payment or suspected unauthorized activity. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will explain the issue and refund any payment due for the canceled items, including associated charges where required.

We will not substitute a different product, size or vessel option without your agreement.

If you need to change a product, option or delivery address, or request a cancellation, email info@etteroma.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.

Changes depend on the order's fulfillment stage and cannot be guaranteed once it has been prepared or dispatched. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.

Our Shipping & Returns page explains the delivery destinations, processing information and delivery estimates offered by the store. Processing time and carrier transit time are different parts of the delivery process.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, explain the delay and provide the opportunity to agree to a revised shipping timeframe or cancel for a refund as required by law.

If your order has not arrived or the tracking information appears incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Our Shipping & Returns policy explains return eligibility, how to request a return and how refunds are handled. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions and return address.

For damaged, incorrect or missing items, include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate when it is safe to take them. Do not use a damaged candle or vessel.

Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are not removed by a change-of-mind return policy.

Our intentions and Experience collections offer ways to explore scent and personal meaning. Names such as Healing, Focus or Protection describe collection themes and do not promise health benefits or particular personal outcomes.

Read and follow the safety and care instructions supplied with each product. Candles and tapers involve an open flame: never leave them burning unattended, and keep them away from flammable materials, children and pets.

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, access accounts without permission or interfere with the security or operation of the store.

Protected photographs, text, designs and branding belong to their respective owners. You may browse the site and share links to it. Other use of protected material requires permission unless permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you interact with the store. Please review it when creating an account, contacting us or making a purchase.

When you use an external service linked from this website, including a payment provider or social platform, that service may have its own terms and privacy policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
