When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and keep a record of your subscription preference.

Our intention quiz uses your selected answers to suggest an intention and relevant products. We store the submitted answers and the resulting intention. If you choose to provide an email address with a quiz submission, it may be stored with that submission.

Quiz recommendations are intended to help you explore our products and personal preferences. You can browse and shop without taking the quiz. Completing the quiz does not, by itself, subscribe you to our newsletter.

When you use the website, our systems and hosting services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, request times and error records. This information helps us operate the website, understand technical problems and protect the service from misuse.

We use browser storage to remember your bag and signed-in session. Stored information may remain on your device between visits. Clearing this data may sign you out or remove locally saved bag items; it does not delete your account or order records held by Etteroma.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send product news and other Etteroma updates. Marketing preferences are separate from messages necessary to manage an order or your account.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment details entered on Stripe's payment page are handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms. Etteroma receives payment confirmation and related transaction references needed to manage your purchase, refunds and payment questions.

We share relevant information with service providers that help us run the store, including website hosting, payment processing, email delivery and shipping providers. For example, a shipping provider needs the information required to deliver your order, and an email provider needs your email address to send an order update.

We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to resolve a dispute or to protect customers and our business from fraud or misuse. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Our providers may process information in the places where they operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from those where you live. Any handling of your information remains subject to applicable legal requirements.
